松屋が六厘舎を買収したのは個人的に驚き。
最近は本当にラーメンブームと、コメ依存からの脱却が進んできているなと思うお。

　松屋などのオペレーション能力でニューヨークやロンドンへの出店を加速できれば、国内の牛丼ビジネスを大きく上回る利益率を出せる可能性もある。
